Washing:
• Always use a gentle cycle with cold or warm water to protect the delicate layers and the built-in shorts from damage. (30 degrees Celcius)
• Use a mild detergent designed for synthetic fabrics, and avoid bleach or fabric softeners that can weaken the polyester fibers or cause discoloration.
• Wash the skort with similar colors to prevent any color bleeding or transfer that may affect the fabric’s appearance.

Ironing:
• Set your iron to a low heat setting suitable for polyester to avoid melting or damaging the fabric.
• Turn the skort inside out or place a pressing cloth between the iron and the fabric to protect the multilayered skirt and shorts from shiny marks.
• Avoid ironing directly on elastic waistbands or sensitive areas to prevent weakening the elasticity or melting the fabric.

Drying:
• Tumble dry the skort on a low heat setting or, preferably, lay it flat to air dry to maintain the shape and structure of both layers and shorts.
• Remove the skort promptly from the dryer to minimize wrinkles and keep the layered skirt looking fresh and voluminous.
• Avoid high heat in the dryer as polyester fibers can shrink, melt, or become misshapen when exposed to excessive temperatures.
